This is where my Hubby works. Air Liquide. A chemical plant in Kent that makes oxygen, nitrogen and argon. And then supplies them to hospitals and schools and other places that need that kind of thing. His boss is celebrating his 10th year at this plant and wanted to have some photographs taken of his “baby”.

Maybe I’m jumping the gun on that statement. I usually have to hold myself back on pulling out the Christmas Decor and hitting the “christmas” playlist on iTunes. But at least I can start taking Christmas photos for my clients!

We dragged Lina and her parents to Roxborough Park for these fabulous photographs. I’m sure Kellie will make great use of them for her Christmas Cards this year! Can’t wait to get mine in the mail!

Another great photo shoot of Lina. I wish you could hear how excited she was as soon as we put her on that white, fuzzy blanket. And she was so fascinated by my brother being in the room that we had to make him stand behind the camera so she’d look at me!

You might remember Wendy and Ryan from a few years back. They got married just a few weeks after Andre and I. (Actually, their photo is on my splash page!)

After 2 years and a few heartbreaking tries, they finally welcomed Carter, their “miracle baby”, into the world on August 12th. This family overflows with love of their little one and their three other (furry) kiddos.

This was Wendy's first "child".

I have a new respect for photographers who focus on pets.

Would it be the most obvious statement in the world if I told you I loved my Goddaughter? I mean really. How can you not love this face? She’s sweet and bubbly and plays with plastic bottles and paper. Why do we even buy expensive toys for babies anymore?? Anyway, I’m not in Denver as often as I’d like to be, so this is actually her 7 Month photo session. I can’t wait to show you the rest, but I have about 200 photos to go through.

This is Brennan and Bailey! We had a great time walking around downtown! Here are some of my favorites from the day.

I’ve waited a long time to get Bailey in front of this Sweet Shop! I had it in my mind before she was even born!

I love this “outtake” shot. Brennan doesn’t seem to see what’s so funny. But I LOVE Bailey’s expression!!

Sweet Little Lina

I had the honor of being a part of my Goddaughter’s Baptism last week. This sweet girl is the daughter of Kellie and Tony, whom I have known for years.

I did her 4 month photos while I was in Denver, here’s a peek of her session…

I was taking this image as her mother was trying to work quietly in the next room…she was so squealy (don’t think that’s a word!) in her happiness that I had to move her session downstairs as not to disturb mom’s client!!

The image below on the left is a good example of how Lina sleeps. She hated being Swaddled just a few days after she was born. Ever since she’s looked like a starfish every time she falls asleep! So precious!!

Deacon Dad (in-law)

My Super Cool father-in-law became a Deacon in the Catholic Church last weekend. It was a beautiful ceremony and an even better weekend spent with my husband’s family. Those Paps sure know how to party!

3-Day Extravaganza

My best friend, Ashley, came out to visit me last weekend. We drove about 500 miles in 3 days and that doesn’t even include the Ferry ride up to Victoria, B.C! The weekend was jam packed!

I shamefully admit that the first day was spent driving the 3 hours to Forks, Washington and La Push…just to say that we’ve been there. We’re big Twilight Books fans. You’ll notice I say “book” and not “movie”. While the movies are good to see…I think we’d all agree that the books are so much better. As they always are.

Anyway, after leaving Forks, we headed to Port Angeles to catch the Ferry to Victoria. Where we spent the afternoon shopping, walking, eating, walking and sight seeing…and walking.

Day 2 was a Ropes Course and Brewery tour. Followed by super yummy BBQ Ribs made by my hubby!

And finally Day 3 was spent wandering Seattle!
